Each embroidery design in my shop is created and tested by me with great care. Since all my products are digital files, the return and refund process works a bit differently from what you might expect with physical goods. Please take a moment to read the details below.

🚫 Returns

All items available on MyCatly.com are digital downloads.
Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or “taken back.”
Digital products cannot be physically retrieved or verified as unused, which makes returns technically impossible.

To make sure everything goes smoothly:

  • please double-check your embroidery machine’s supported formats before purchasing,

  • carefully read the product description and size information,

  • and if you’re unsure about compatibility, feel free to contact me before checkout — I’ll gladly help! 🪡

💳 Refunds

Because my designs are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds aren’t possible once a file has been downloaded.

That said, I truly want you to be happy with your order 🌷
If you run into any problems — for example:

  • the file doesn’t download correctly,

  • it shows an error or formatting issue,

  • or something seems to be missing —

please write to me at info@mycatly.com, and I’ll personally check and fix the issue as quickly as possible.
